Frequently Asked Questions

Read this before writing. If you don't meet the requirements or don't follow the format, there will be no response.

1. Who can publish content on CooBook?

Only certified professionals with official university degrees and demonstrable professional activity in their field. CooBook is not an open social network: it is a professional publishing platform.

  • We do not accept profiles without accredited education.
  • We do not accept inactive profiles or those without verifiable trajectory.
2. What type of content is accepted?

Educational, technical, or informative content at a professional level, aligned with the branches of knowledge in the library. We prioritize quality and editorial coherence over volume.

  • Specialized articles and technical analyses.
  • Structured guides, professional essays, reviews, and conceptual frameworks.
  • Superficial, generic, or sales-oriented content is not accepted.
3. Can I include a professional biography and my social networks?

Yes, in a limited and professional way: a brief biography, links to networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, or others) and a link to your personal or corporate website.

  • Allowed: informational and reputation links.
  • Prohibited: direct sale of products/services, prices, funnels, and commercial CTAs.
4. Does the content have to be original?

Yes. We do not accept copies, translations without added value, or direct reuse of already published texts without deep adaptation. The author is legally responsible for the content.

5. In what languages can I publish?

Primarily in Spanish and English. Other languages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis if they fit the editorial strategy and the library structure.

6. How is a publication classified within the library?

Each publication is assigned to a branch (level 1), a sub-branch (level 2), and a specific topic (level 3). The author proposes the classification and CooBook validates or adjusts it if necessary.

7. Who decides if a publication is accepted?

The editorial criteria of CooBook. We may accept, request changes, or reject without obligation to justify the decision. This protects the coherence and credibility of the library.

8. How long does the review take?

There are no guaranteed timeframes. The review depends on editorial priority, quality, and fit with the library. If you need immediacy, this system is not designed for that.

9. Can I update my content after publishing?

Yes, with limits: maintain the approved approach, avoid covert promotion, and respect editorial coherence. Substantial changes require new review.

10. Will my name appear as the author?

Yes. The publication will include your name and a verified professional profile with a brief description and approved external links. The format is standard to maintain editorial consistency.

11. Can I include external links within the content?

Yes, if they provide real value. Informational, academic, and links to your professional website are accepted. Funnels, affiliates, or aggressive commercial redirects are not accepted.

12. Does CooBook pay professionals for publishing?

No. CooBook does not pay per article. The benefit is reputational: positioning as an expert, qualified visibility, and traffic to your profile and professional website.

13. What benefits does a professional get by publishing on CooBook?
  • Positioning as an expert in their field.
  • Monetization.
  • Association with a curated publishing library.
  • Visibility to qualified readers.
  • Traffic to their personal/corporate website.
  • Long-term professional reputation.
14. Can I publish sponsored content?

Not within editorial publications. Sponsorship follows an independent process and must be clearly identified.

15. How do I contact if I meet all the requirements?

Write to publish@coobook.org with the mandatory subject: PUBLICATION | Knowledge Area | Professional Profile. Emails that do not follow this format will not be answered.

16. Why does CooBook require active university degree?

Because we seek rigor, traceability, and intellectual responsibility. University degree helps verify methodological basis, identity, and trajectory, and reduces misinformation.

17. Can CooBook be considered a trusted and approved source?

That is the goal. CooBook prioritizes accredited authors, editorial control, and structure by disciplines. We do not publish anonymous or speculative content.

18. Can the content be used as an academic or professional reference?

CooBook does not replace a scientific journal, but the content is designed to be structured, responsible, and usable as a professional source of consultation, depending on the context.

19. Is there compatibility with the university environment?

Yes. The editorial model is compatible with the academic ecosystem: authors with university education, classification by disciplines, and rigor approach. Possible institutional collaborations would be evaluated in later phases.

20. What commitment does the professional acquire by publishing on CooBook?

The professional assumes intellectual responsibility: their name is associated with the content, they must maintain professional rigor and ethics, and they accept that CooBook applies editorial criteria to preserve credibility.
