Project Kimiary OÜ is a company incorporated under Estonian law and duly registered in the Estonian Commercial Register. Its main corporate purpose, according to EMTAK code 63101, focuses on "Computer infrastructure and data hosting", which includes the development of digital platforms, blockchain services, digital content distribution and database management.
The CooBook Platform is operated directly by Project Kimiary OÜ as part of its commercial and technological activities, being responsible for the administration, development and maintenance of all services offered through the mentioned website.
2. Purpose of the Legal Notice
This Legal Notice aims to establish the general conditions governing access, navigation and use of the website www.coobook.org (hereinafter, "the Platform"), as well as to define the responsibilities derived from the use of the content, functionalities and services offered through it.
This document regulates the relationship between the website users (hereinafter, "the User" or "the Users") and the owner entity, Project Kimiary OÜ, acting as an information society service provider in accordance with the provisions of Directive 2000/31/EC of Council, and the the European Parliament and Estonian Information Society Services Act.
Access to the website implies full and unreserved acceptance by the User of each and every provision included in this Legal Notice, in force at the time of access to the site. Likewise, the User undertakes to make diligent, correct and lawful use of the Platform, in accordance with applicable legislation, good faith, public order and common usage standards in digital environments.

4.1. Ownership of rights
All content present on the website www.coobook.org, including, but not limited to: designs, texts, images, illustrations, logos, trade names, trademarks, domain names, software, database structures, graphical interfaces, source code, system architecture, sounds, animations, videos and any other element that forms part of the Platform (hereinafter, "the Content"), is the exclusive property of Project Kimiary OÜ or is used under express license from third-party rights holders, all of which are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property regulations.
The set of elements that make up this Platform constitutes an original work protected as an intellectual creation under the Berne Convention, Directive 2001/29/EC and applicable Estonian laws (particularly the Estonian Copyright Act – Autoriõiguse seadus).
The CooBook logo, trade name, visual architecture of the site and the ecosystem of plugins and tools linked to the platform are legally registered or in the process of registration as industrial or intellectual property assets.
4.2. Reserved rights
The User is expressly prohibited, without the prior, express and written authorization of Project Kimiary OÜ, from carrying out any of the following actions:
- The reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication, making available, extraction, reuse, retransmission or use of any type, total or partial, of the Website Content.
- The copying or reuse of the website design, its navigation structure, source code, custom-developed plugins, proprietary blockchain, internal system names or any other functional element.
- The use of framing, scraping, data mining or reverse engineering techniques that directly or indirectly affect the internal or protected components of the Platform.

9. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
9.1. Applicable legislation
The Platform www.coobook.org is operated by the entity Project Kimiary OÜ, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Therefore, all legal relationships between the User and the Company shall be governed, in general, by the provisions of:
- Current Estonian legislation, including the Estonian General Civil Code (Tsiviilseadustiku üldosa seadus),
- The Electronic Commerce Act,
- The Estonian Personal Data Protection Act,
- And any other applicable regulations for information society service providers in Estonian territory.

This jurisdiction shall apply except in those cases where the consumer protection legislation of the User's Member State of residence imposes a different forum in a mandatory and non-waivable manner. In such case, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 and other consumer protection regulations.
