- Blockchain validation system, through the proprietary Kimiary Smart Chain (KSC) network, which guarantees traceability, integrity, and verification of each operation.
- Internal plugins that automate secure reading processes, AI classification, and cryptographic protection of digital files.
Project Kimiary OÜ reserves the right to expand, modify, or temporarily suspend any digital service when deemed necessary for technical, legal, or maintenance reasons, informing the user through the usual communication channels.
6. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content available on the website www.coobook.org, including texts, designs, logos, trademarks, interfaces, software, illustrations, images, databases, and technical structures, is the exclusive property of Project Kimiary OÜ or is used under legitimate license from third-party rights holders.
The user acknowledges that all elements that make up the CooBook ecosystem—including internal plugins, the blockchain validation system, the digital viewer, and AI classification mechanisms—are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property legislation.

7. Payment Conditions, Bonds, and Internal Operations

All payments are processed through secure gateways or duly certified external systems. Project Kimiary OÜ does not store sensitive financial data, such as card numbers or banking credentials, thus guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of each operation.
Each transaction is recorded immutably on the Kimiary Smart Chain (KSC) through a unique cryptographic hash, which acts as proof of validity and ownership.
CooBook Bonds are digital instruments that represent a form of support for the ecosystem and grant access to certain benefits or services, without constituting financial products or regulated investment instruments.
In case of technical error or incident in the payment process, the user may contact legal or technical support through legal@coobook.org to request review or refund in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. Use of Kimiary Smart Chain (KSC) Blockchain
The CooBook platform integrates into its technological infrastructure the Kimiary Smart Chain (KSC), a private and decentralized blockchain network developed by Project Kimiary OÜ to register, validate, and protect digital operations securely and transparently.
Within the KSC, technical elements such as cryptographic hashes, user public keys, license identifiers, and immutable timestamps associated with each transaction or access are recorded. These records do not contain personal data in plain text, thus guaranteeing pseudonymization and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The use of blockchain is an essential part of CooBook's security system, allowing operations to be audited without compromising user privacy. All activity within the KSC is subject to the principles of integrity, traceability, non-repudiation, and data minimization.
The user agrees that, when performing operations within the platform, certain technical records may be generated and stored permanently on the blockchain network, without the possibility of alteration or deletion, in accordance with the immutable nature of this technology.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Project Kimiary OÜ makes all reasonable efforts to guarantee the security, stability, and proper functioning of the website www.coobook.org and the digital services linked to the CooBook ecosystem.
However, the user acknowledges that the use of the platform is carried out under their sole responsibility. The company does not guarantee the continuous availability of the site, the absence of technical errors, or full compatibility with all devices or browsers.
